Beloved Ones,

The transformations continue as every cell in your body is upgraded and recalibrated. With this activity, your emotions also come up for review and acknowledgement as former frustrations and injustices that occurred in the past can be front and center in your focus during these times. It is important to find a new way to look at these unresolved issues in your lives. Ask your spiritual guides to show you a more enlightened way of looking at these situations from the higher perspective. It is time to consider viewpoints that are more in alignment with the higher version of yourselves that you are now entering into and aligning with them.

Know that distractions continue to take center stage in all facets of human life. At the same time, there are a lot of changes that are being contemplated and implemented. New rules are being written and applied. The wheels of progress turn slowly but inexorably and will continue to make improvements in all facets of human existence. There are a lot of creative and wonderful ideas being brought forward by the progressive thinkers of these times. Every day brings new revelations that keep people engaged in the continuing dramas that are unfolding at the same time as these wonderful new beginnings unfold.

Humanity is being exposed to the good, the bad, and the ugly and is daily being challenged to love it all into wholeness. It behooves each soul to maintain their integrity and high standards of conduct while watching others on the world scene show the evidence of the breakdown of the accepted norms of human interactions in current society. Employing the practice of constantly blessing all people and situations that tax one’s patience is a wonderful way to work on attaining your mastery over the denser vibrations that are rampant upon worldly affairs during these transformational times.

Love in all its expressions continues to provide the answers to the many perplexing challenges besetting humanity. We maintain that for every low vibrational act, there are at least a dozen that come from a place of love and the desire for peace and good will. The majority of humanity, in their heart of hearts, wants a world of harmonious and respectful solutions to the challenges that all of humanity is facing in their daily lives.

Continue to be the loving, aware and compassionate individuals who uphold the higher vision for your world. It is your love that enables the coming forth of higher solutions and resolutions. Those who participated in the focus for peace in Syria with James Twyman are now seeing a ceasefire in that area. It is a powerful and wonderful example of the power of people united and what they can accomplish. You are being strongly encouraged to add your energy and focus in the upcoming Planetary Heart Meditation on March 11^th, 12^th and 13^th.

Vocês podem dizer simplesmente para si mesmos: “Ah, isto é a velha energia, eu não tenho necessidade de fazer nada com isto, eu escolho deixar isto ir embora, desapegando-me.” Substituindo, imediatamente, por pensamentos mais felizes e emponderadores que façam com que vocês se sintam melhor e felizes com algo positivo que esteja ocorrendo em suas vidas. Están experimentando los efectos de las descargas anteriores que se han dado y se están encontrando yendo hacia su interior en la medida que les llegan las revelaciones. Se está realizando mucho trabajo interno cuando comprenden que, de alguna manera a lo largo del camino, se han convertido en los observadores de sus propias vidas. Este es un poderoso avance y les servirá de mucho cuando los pensamientos fluyan a la superficie. Entonces podrán simplemente decirse a sí mismo, "Oh, esto es energía vieja, no necesito hacer nada con esto, elijo dejarlo ir." Reemplacen estos pensamientos inmediatamente por otros más felices y potenciadores que los haga sentir bien y felices por algo positivo que esté ocurriendo en sus vidas. ¡Esto son USTEDES asumiendo su poder personal con un pensamiento a la vez!

Mantenerse dentro de su centro es importante en este tiempo, independiente de donde vayan, porque este proceso los mantiene despejados, de manera que sabrán  cuando la energía de los demás les afecta su conciencia y podrán tomar medidas para desactivarlas. Para aquellos de ustedes que son muy sensibles a las energías, esto es muy incómodo y requieren ser despejadas a menudo. Ihr Lieben: Ihr erlebt die Auswirkungen der jüngsten 'Downloads', die euch gegeben wurden, und ihr bemerkt, wie ihr in euch geht und innere Offenbarungen sich für euch öffnen. Da wird viel innere Arbeit geleistet, durch die ihr erkennt, dass ihr zu Beobachtern eures eigenen Lebens geworden seid. Das ist ein gewaltiger Schritt vorwärts, der euch sehr dienlich sein wird, wenn gewisse Gedankengänge an die Oberfläche dringen. Dann könnt ihr euch einfach sagen: „Oh, das ist alte Energie, mit der ich nun nichts mehr anfangen kann; deshalb lasse ich sie los!“ Ersetzt sie unverzüglich durch fröhlichere und aufbauende Gedanken, die euch ein gutes und glückliches Gefühl über etwas Positives vermitteln, das sich in eurem Leben ereignet. Das seid dann IHR selbst, die ihr euch in solchen Momenten eure persönliche Macht über eure Gedanken zurückholt!

Es ist in dieser jetzigen Zeit wichtig, dass ihr in eurer Mitte bleibt, ungeachtet dessen, wo ihr gerade seid; denn diese Maßnahme erhält euch eure Klarheit, sodass ihr allezeit wisst, ob die Energie Anderer euch ungünstig beeinflusst, – damit ihr Schritte unternehmen könnt, diese fremde Energie zu bereinigen. Denn für manche unter euch, die sehr sensibel auf Energien reagieren, ist das sehr unangenehm und erfordert daher recht häufige Bereinigung. Wie bereits letzte Woche konstatiert, ist eine totale Energie-Bereinigung(*) mindestens einmal pro Woche höchst wirksam dafür, euch wieder in eure Mitte zurückzuholen, damit ihr nicht unnötig darunter leiden müsst, dass Energien Anderer – mit deren Kummer und Sorgen – sich eures eigenen Energiefelds bemächtigen. Este un caz în care sa intrat într-un teritoriu unde totul este posibil, fara ca sa existe locuri ce pot sa serveasca de sprijin sau sustinere, ca sa te agati. Este exact din acest lucru, ca este important sa fiti constienti ca voi nu aveti nimic de facut sau de realizat în particular, în timpul acestor momente; tot ceea ce aveti de facut este de a calari pe unda, pe masura ce soseste, experimentînd-o; - Nu va este cerut nimic altceva. Cînd puteti, trimiteti gînduri binecuvîntate tuturor, si la totul în jurul vostru, inclusiv caminul vostru comun, Pamîntul, si sa aveti credinta ca voi toti veti trece prin acest lucru.
