Beloved Ones,

As the energies intensify even more than before, it is difficult to stay focused on any one thing for any length of time. One’s mind jumps from one thought to another without any logical conclusion. It is a case of having entered into unknown territory where everything is possible, and there are no handholds or footholds to grab onto. It is therefore important to be aware that you do not have to do anything or accomplish anything in particular during these moments; all you must do is ride the wave as it comes and experience it - nothing else is required. When you can, send blessing thoughts to everyone and everything around you including your common home, the Earth, and have faith that you will all make it through.

Did you know that you are made of wondrous stuff - that you come from the stars and from many different planets?  We are sure that you do, yet you do not fully believe that it is YOU! There is a barrier that must be overcome and it is contained within you. Do not look to other planets or off planet beings to save you, when you do so you give away your own power to create and transform your world. What you are being asked to do is unify all aspects of self, the Light being and the shadow self, the happy and the sad, the courageous and the fearful, the gullible and the wise, to embrace and unify all the seemingly endless polarities in self. As you are doing this, it is best to simplify all areas of your life so that it can help eliminate unreasonable expectations within yourself and instead give focus where it is expedient and necessary. You are all much too hard on yourselves as you seek to master everything at once!

Iubitilor,

La un nivel ridicat, mult progres face fiecare persoana care merge în Lumina. Voi sunteti vazuti si recunoscuti de tarîmurule superioare, iar de acolo, majoritatea dintre voi a fost pusa în serviciu în moduri, astfel încît Divina Esenta a voastra, sa poata sa fie usor afectata, ea devenind astfel, o parte mai mare în viata voastra zilnica umana.

Exista o preocupare majora, în ceea ce priveste integrarea spiritului în materie, si formele umane simt efectul acesteia în moduri care sunt puternice si transformatoare ale vietii. Rezultatul este ca de multe ori, voi pur si simplu nu reusiti sa faceti fata cu bombardarea acestor energii care sunt predominante în timpul anumitor cicluri care se petrec.

Este în aceste vremuri ca este important de amintit sfatul nostru de baza, neîncetat care este: Mergeti în natura, conectati-va, si ancorati-va plasînd picioarele pe Pamînt, respirati adînc, deoarece, asemenea practici contribuie sa se deplaseze energiile stagnate prin sistemele voastre, în modul cel mai eficient. Beti, cel putin 6 pahare pline de apa pura zilnic, adaugîng binecuvîntari si rugaciuni înainte de a le consuma.

Amados,

En el nivel sublime, cada persona que camina en la Luz está progresando mucho. Ustedes son vistos y reconocidos por los reinos superiores y la mayoría de ustedes han sido puestos en servicio de maneras que su Esencia Divina pueda afectarlos más fácilmente, a fin de convertirse en una mayor parte en su vida humana cotidiana. Hay una mayor atención en integrar el espíritu en la materia y sus formas humanas están sintiendo los efectos de esto en formas que son poderosas y transformadoras de la vida. El resultado es que muchas veces simplemente no pueden hacer frente al bombardeo de estas energías que frecuentemente se producen durante ciertos ciclos. En estos tiempos es importante recordar que nuestro consejo básico y continuo es salir a la naturaleza, anclarse colocando los pies sobre la tierra, respirando profundamente, porque esta práctica ayuda más eficientemente a mover las energías estancadas a través de sus sistemas. Beban por lo menos 6 vasos de agua pura al día y mejórenla antes de consumirla con sus bendiciones y oraciones.

Amados,

Em um nível elevado, muito progresso está sendo feito por cada pessoa que caminha na Luz.  Vocês são vistos e reconhecidos pelos reinos mais elevados, e a partir daí, a maioria de vocês foi colocada a serviço por caminhos de tal modo que a sua Divina Essência possa ser afetada facilmente, ela tornando-se assim, uma parte maior em sua vida diária humana.

Existe um foco maior, no que tange à integração do espírito na matéria e as formas humanas estão sentindo os efeitos disto por caminhos que são poderosos e transformadores da vida. O resultado é que muitas vezes vocês simplesmente não conseguem lidar com o bombardeio destas energias que são prevalentes durante certos ciclos que acontecem.

É nestes tempos que é importante lembrar o nosso conselho básico e incessante que é: - Ide em direção à natureza, conectem-se e ancorem-se colocando os pés na Terra, respirem profundamente, pois, tais práticas ajudam a movimentar as energias estagnadas através de seus sistemas de modo mais eficiente. Bebam, no mínimo 6 copos cheios de água pura diariamente, acrescentando as suas bênçãos e orações antes de consumi-las.

Ihre Lieben: Auf sublimer Ebene macht jede Person unter euch, die im LICHT wandelt, viele Fortschritte. Ihr werdet von den höheren Reichen aus gesehen, und die meisten unter euch wurden so in den Dienst gestellt, dass eure Göttliche Essenz bereits ganz leicht zur Wirkung kommen und Bestandteil eures alltäglichen menschlichen Lebens werden kann. Da ist der Fokus verstärkt darauf gerichtet, den Geist in die Materie zu integrieren, und eure menschliche Existenzform spürt dies auf eine Weise, die sich stärkend und transformierend auf euch auswirkt. Die Folge ist, dass ihr manchmal das 'Bombardement' dieser Energien kaum verarbeiten könnt, das in gewissen Zyklen auftritt. Daher ist es in diesen Zeiten wichtig, dass ihr euch unseres generellen, beständigen Ratschlags erinnert, hinauszugehen in die Natur, eure Füße mit dem Erdboden zu verbinden und tief durchzuatmen, denn diese Übung hilft, stagnierende Energien recht wirkungsvoll durch euer Körpersystem weiterzubewegen. Trinkt täglich mindestens 6 Glas reinen Wassers und erhöht die Qualität dieses Wassers, indem ihr es segnet und Gebete formuliert, bevor ihr es trinkt.   

Für euch als 'Alchemisten', die die Praxis erlernen, jene Wirklichkeit zu erschaffen, die ihr in eurem täglichen Leben zu erfahren wünscht, wird jeder Tag zum Abenteuer voller Entdeckungen neuer Perspektiven. Da werden neue Wege erschlossen, Dinge zu sehen und zu tun, und wir helfen euch dabei. Es ist vollkommen akzeptabel, wenn ihr euch in diesen Zeiten zwischendurch einmal eine 'Auszeit' von den Aktivitäten des Dienstes an Anderen gönnt, wenn ihr das Gefühl habt, dass ihr sie braucht. Denn eure menschlichen Körper befinden sich in einer Metamorphose, was verglichen werden kann mit dem Vorgang bei einem Schmetterling, der sich aus seiner Verpuppung befreit. Da findet ein zehrender Läuterungsprozess in euch statt, bei dem viele DNA-Stränge aktiviert werden, die in eurem genetischen Erbgut viele Jahrtausende lang geschlummert hatten. Das ist eine intensive Erfahrung, die notwendig ist, damit ihr weiterkommt.

Beloved Ones,

On the sublime level, much progress is being made by each person who walks in the Light. You are seen and acknowledged by the higher realms and most of you have been put into service in ways that your Divine Essence can most easily affect to become a greater part of your everyday human life. There is a greater focus on integrating spirit into matter and your human forms are feeling the effects of this in ways that are powerful and life transforming. The result is that many times you simply cannot cope with the bombardment of these energies that are prevalent during certain cycles that occur. It is in these times that it is important to remember our basic and ongoing advice which is to get out in nature, connect and ground by placing your feet onto the Earth, breathe deeply, for such practice helps to move stagnant energies through your system most efficiently. Drink at least 6 full glasses of pure water daily and enhance this water with your blessings and prayers before consuming.

As alchemists who are learning the practice of creating the realities you wish to experience in your daily life, each day is becoming an adventure into new perspectives. New ways of seeing and doing things are now being embraced and we are helping you with this. It is perfectly acceptable during these times to take time out when you feel you need it, from those activities which you have been giving in service to others. Your human bodies are in the process of metamorphosis which can be likened to the process of the butterfly emerging from its chrysalis. It is a burning and consuming process that is occurring within you, many strands of DNA are being activated after many thousands of years of lying dormant within your genetic makeup. It is an intensely felt experience but one which is necessary in order to move forward.

Singura constanta în aceste timpuri este schimbarea - Este necesar sa fii gata, sa vrei sa te deplasezi în directia unde realitatea reflecta înapoi catre schimbari, pe masura ce ele au loc. Urmînd aceste semnale care arata caile, voi începeti sa traiti aventura vietii cosmice care devine umpluta cu sincronicitati si întîmplari minunate. Voi trebuie sa voiti sa va eliberati de vechile sabloane de energii si de participarile semnificative, atunci cînd ele au fost îndeplinite deja în viata voastra, referitor la folosinta lor, realizarea si implementarea. În aceste timpuri, devine necesar sa se faca în mod regulat o purgare a multor lucruri care au devenit depasite, în ceea ce priveste utilitatea lor, si în dispozitia de a le trece altora care pot înca sa se beneficieze dele. Sa stiti ca universul le substituie întotdeauna la mai bine, si în forma mai de acord cu momentul, referitor la expansiunea sufletelor voastre, în directia orizonturilor mai ample, a unei vieti mai iluminate.

Practica de a abate tot ceea ce are energii vechi si depasite în vietile voastre, vã va recompensa mai mult de un milion de ori. Va veti surprinde cu maretia care se grabeste sa ia locul lor.
